Fault nature: mechanical failure. Treatment method: The fuel pipeline exhausts air.
Failure Analysis: The State III vehicle adopts a common rail system, and the air discharged by the oil circuit is relatively difficult. Often, the operator feels that the air is excluded from the air cleanliness. Actually, it has not been thoroughly cleaned. According to the actual use situation, the oil pump return bolt should be released to discharge the air. If necessary, the high pressure fuel pipe can be loosened, and the starter can be used to drive the engine idle to discharge the air; if only the deflated screw of the fuel filter is released Exhaust air may not be easy to completely remove the air in the fuel pipeline, which is more laborious.
